We got to see Anderson and he is measuring right on target but is a little stinker so we couldn't get and pics :( the doc said we will try again in 3 weeks for my next appointment in 2014; Anderson's birth year, yippee! Belly is def. out there now even though I've only gained 17lbs. My doctor asked if I eat....uh, yeah! Lol I love my new due in march tank from my mom and am happy it's warmed up this week to wear it! That's the update for now....have a Merry Christmas send Happy New Year everyone!

It's hard to keep up...
I'm finally getting around to this post! Last week I had my 24 week appointment and all went well! I had my glucose test for gestational diabetes and it came back normal, yay! I once again had to drink that yummy drink, mmm. It's really not the drink thats too bad to me. It's the fasting before and chugging it in 5 minutes on an empty stomach that is worse! Either way, I'm glad it's over. Sadly,I think the ultrasounds each time are over. He did listen to the heartbeat but Anderson was kicking and moving so much it's was hard to get a good, consistent sound. My doctor was fine with it though and said with him kicking that hard he knew Anderson was perfectly fine. I'm finally really looking pregnant :
I only have one more four week appointment and then go every two weeks!! Really? I can't believe it. I just saw the countdown on this blog and it says only 101 days to go, are you serious!!?? Time is flying by!
That's really all the updates I have for now. I've been feeling great and love to feel him move all the time now. It's also nice that people can actually start to tell that I'm pregnant and not just gaining weight =). I'll have a new update in just a few short weeks, cross you fingers for some pics too!

Fetal Anatomy Ultrasound
I had my 20 week fetal anatomy ultrasound this week! It's so cool what technology can do. They look at the baby head to toe and check all sorts of things to make sure all looks well. This is usually the appointment when you find out if it's a boy or girl but since we already knew, we didn't have that anticipation. However, it was still pretty cool to see Anderson with such detail!
Our doctor refers out for this ultrasound and we went to the same company that we used for Cooper but WOW have they changed! Their office is located at St.Davids Hospital in Austin so it was a little drive. They were doing alot of construction so finding parking and where to enter was also an adventure. THEN, we searched all over for the darn place! We probably asked 3-4 different people for help before we found the actual office only to find out that for this appointment, they send you to another place in the hospital that we just so happened to pass by 3-4 times as we were looking for where to go, so we were late! But, everyone at the hospital was very helpful and nice as they tried to help us! Plus we were the only ones waiting, unlike our usually dr. visits where we wait and hour or more to be seen.
Next, I had to register with the place which I thought was weird and they asked me all kinds of questions as if I were delivering there. Then I got a hospital bracelet! Very strange, I was thinking, "Do they know I'm not having the baby yet??" haha. But i guess it was all normal procedures for them.
Now the confession....during the ultrasound, the room was dark and cool and there was soft music playing and although it was cool to see Anderson, it took about an hour for the tech to get all the measurements she need and she was talking us through what she was doing but I have to admit, I was starting to doze off here and there! I couldn't believe it! I was just hoping I wouldn't full out fall asleep, haha. When it was all done I told James and he said he was too! WE ARE BAD PARENTS, SORRY ANDERSON, we do love you!!!!!!
With that out of the way, they gave us some cool pics and a video of the whole appointment! Anderson checked out great and is about 1lb. right now and has all 10 fingers and toes!
Today I finally broke out the maternity pants! I'm at a weird stage right now because my regular jeans are just a little tight but I was pulling the maternity jeans up all day. Cool thing though, I reached into the pocket and found a dollar!!! HAHA, it must have been in there since I was preggo with Cooper...too funny!
So there you have it for now! I go back to my regular doctor in a few weeks for my glucose test...yay! (sarcastic) I'll have the next update then! Thanks for reading!

Whats in a name???
I'm almost half way there, can you believe it???!!! I am almost 20 weeks along and had my checkup today. Everything went well and although I was there for an hour, it was still shorter than last time, haha.
I've only gained 7 lbs so far and my pants are just now starting to feel tight by the end of the day. I have broken into my maternity shirts though mainly because I am so tired of my clothes and it seems like I've got new ones now =) I also have to thank my sister in law, Leah, for the box of clothes she is letting me borrow! There are some really cute pieces I cant wait to wear!
So, unfortunately, I did not get any pictures today =( I did have an ultrasound and his heartbeat was great and he was moving quite a bit but the little guy is a stinker already! He was facing toward my back and snuggled in tight. He refused to move so we couldn't get any good shots of his face or even side view. However, he was very willing to let us know he is for sure a BOY! LOL
I can finally feel him kicking/punching though! I really feel it at night when I get still but sometimes throughout the day I feel it too, I LOVE IT! James can't quite feel it yet but give it a few weeks and he will be able to feel him move all around!
At 20 weeks, they typically do an in depth ultrasound where they measure every bone and look at each heart chamber and the brain, etc. My doctor refers his patients to a specialist for this so I will be going for that in the next week or 2 and I can't remember if they will give me pics or not but I'm hoping so! For now you will just have to be happy with a belly pic of me =)
19 weeks-Not much there yet but it is growing!
Cooper is really into taking pictures right now and so of course he wanted to be in the pic and James told him he was taking a picture of my belly first and then he HAD to see my belly so we got this shot:
He is also very into giving kisses, which is adorable....he even makes the "muah" sound! So he had to kiss the baby. (he has no clue what that means but likes kissing my belly and had to kiss james' too!)
Thought this was a very sweet picture and im gonna see if it will work as my cover pic on fb!
My next appointment is time for the sugar glucose test so Ill have to fast and then drink that "yummy" fruit punch drink to get my glucose tested. It was fine for my first 2 so I dont anticipate any issues but my appointment has to be in the morning so I'll have to take off work which is not good since I don't even have 3 of the 6 weeks Ill have to take off saved up...boo! I really think they should let your spouse, or even friends if they sign a release form, give days to those who need them! When I'm done having kids and have plenty of days saved up I'll give back to those younger teachers that need them for maternity leave!
Finally....we have a name!!! James is very much into choosing our kids names which is nice as oppsoed to the standard guy who doesnt have much input but I will say it makes thing much more interesting. We have totally different preferences in names so its really hard for us to even find any that we both kind of like. James REALLY wanted a name with 3 syllables because j is 1 and cooper is 2 AND he wanted the name to start with an A so his initials will be AM for A & M, WHOOP! Crazy, I know! SO...how many A names have 3 syllables and aren't ridiculous??? EXACTLY! However, with the suggestions from family members we came up and decided on...DRUM ROLL PLEASE....................................
ANDERSON HEATH MOSELEY
So james got his 3 syllable A name and I got my way to fit in a family name (obviously Heath after me)
I really DONT like Andy and will never call him that but realize people may and he may want to go by that and that's fine. I figure if he grows up and wants to go by Heath, I like that too so its a win-win!
So there you have it! That's all for now! I'll update again once I see the specialist and hope to have ultrasound pics to share then!

It's a....
So we all know by now that
IT'S A BOY!!!!!!
As soon as the doctor put the thing on my belly I could already tell it was a boy. It was that instant! As he moved the camera around more you could REALLY see the shape of the legs and yup...there is was, plain as day! Here is the picture he got, I still think its pretty obvious but it was even more apparent looking at the live picture.

Forgotten?
You know how it feels to sit in a room waiting for the doctor for so long you think they've forgotten you? Yep...that was us! I know my doctor just got back recently from having twins (which are his 4th and 5th kids too) AND the babies came unexpectedly 6 weeks early so I'm sure he is having a tough time getting back into the routine but GEEZ! We waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes, which really wasnt too bad. But then we were stuck in the room for a whole HOUR!!! Our appointement was at 3:30 and we left at 5:30! I love our doctor but really can't stand when I make an appointment and it takes that long to be seen. Don't tell me you have an appointment available and then I hear someone come in right after me with the exact same appointment time. I can handle 20-30 minutes off schedule for that long?? Ok, ok enough complaining.
On the way to the appointment James and I decided if the doctor could tell us we would let him. Our doctor was very happy with this news too. Guess he doesnt like keeping it a secret either. More good news, Ive only gained 5 lbs!! Not bad for 15 weeks. And I'm still in my regular clothes too, woo hoo!
On to the ultrasound.....so we found out what we are having...nana nana boo boo you dont know yet! haha!!! Now, we really werent expecting to find out today so thats why we cant announce it yet. You know we have to come up with some cute and creative way to give the news no matter what we are having and I have been searching all night and am just not finding much! I do have a few ideas but nothing I'm totally loving right now. And I cant decide if I want to include J and Cooper in the announcement yet or not so since they are in bed I'll have to wait until tomorrow if we do choose to use them. Boo, Hiss, I know I hear you!! And its gonna be really tough keeping it in at work tomorrow but dont worry Grammy and Gram...you will be the first to find out so stop stressing =)
The baby is healthy as can be, measuring right on track and moving like crazy! It was rolling all around during the ultrasound and karate chopping its arms alot too which was pretty funny! We did get some good pics so enjoy:

We go back in 4 weeks and then I assume my doctor will send me to a north Austin office where we will have the detailed ultrasound and they can check all the measurements and organs and baby stats.
So hold onto your seats for just a bit longer and I promise I'll do my best to get the news out tomorrow. Feel free to share any cute announcement ideas that may get the ball rolling too!

Wow, it's been a while!
It's been so long since I have posted because I was waiting for my 12 week appointment so I could give a good update and hopefully add sonogram pictures. However, the day before my appointment, my doctor's wife went into labor with their TWINS, yikes! So, great news for them but kinda sad I had to miss my appointment. Turns out, my doctor took paternity leave so the nurse said I could see a doctor at one of their affiliate practices but everything seemed to be fine so there really was no reason to go in and with it such a busy time of year it was hard to find the time anyway.
Now I have an appointment for September 17th which is just next week anyway. With that said, I really don't have any news. I've been feeling great and am still in my regular clothes! I think I've only gained a pound or 2 so thats great too! I do have a small baby bump that you can see more at night time so I took my first "belly" pic! Our home computer stinks so darn bad, its taking me forever just to type this small post and it wont even let me upload my pic =( I finally get a school computer back tomorrow so I'll upload it soon, it may make facebook before here so be on the lookout for that!
Now, a while back my doctor said he would be able to tell the gender at 16 weeks and not wait until 20 and since Ill be 15 1/2 im thinking maybe he can tell already??!! However, I will tell him he has to be absolutely sure or ill just wait until 20 weeks, no big deal. We originally wanted to have a reveal party and still may but are also now considering just having a fun way to announce using some ideas ive seen on pinterest so yall will just have to wait and see...thats really all i have for you right now. All is well here in the Moseley home and we are looking forward to getting some exciting news in the near future!

Let me catch you up to speed...
So as I expected, it's pretty hard to keep up with this blog these days, even if it is summer time. However, I really don't have much to update on anyway. I've been to the doctor twice, the first time the baby was such a little peanut the doctor guessed I was about 5 weeks along so he had me go back 2 weeks later to get a firm due date based on the baby's size. When I went back the baby was measuring 7weeks and 5 days and this puts my official due date at March 13, 2014!! Of course, this would be just 2 days before Coopers 2nd birthday. Good thing is that its over spring break. I only have 3 weeks of days saved since I used my stash up with Cooper so we are hoping to use all of spring break as one of my 6 weeks off and only be out 2 weeks. My doctor is cool with it so lets just see if baby cooperates. =) I'll go back to the doctor for my 12 week appointment in 2 weeks (the first week of school) and have some better ultrasound pics to share.
Of course we ultimately wish for a happy, healthy baby but I have to say we are hoping for pink this time! If it's a boy that will be great, we know what to do with boys and have all the stuff but I would like a little back up in the gender department, haha.
We don't really have any names yet. We had a difficult time coming up with Cooper so we have just decided to wait and see if its a girl or boy before we duke it out over names.
Lately Ive been thinking about Cooper's birthday and if I want to have it early or late and right now I'm leaning on late. I think having it 2 or 3 weeks late would be good because then not only could people come to celebrate cooper but they could also meet the baby too! I'll have to run it by James and get his thoughts though of course so we will see.
My nausea has really calmed down which I am thankful for since I start work TOMORROW, ugh! I've been feeling great lately though and when I'm not so great the meds i got work really well!
I guess thats it for now! Ill update again in a few weeks!

Our Adventure...
Once upon a time...
So, as most of you know, I wasn't sure if I wanted any more kids and James did want one more but he wanted to wait until Cooper went to Kindergarten! I was like, uh no...if we wait that long I'll be done for sure. So with all that said, we weren't planning on having another baby right now. Apparently, God had other plans for us. I was still on the low dose BC from when I was nursing just because I hadn't really thought to change it until about a month ago. I was actually waiting to get the new BC but little did I know, it was already done. =) My dates were all off so we weren't sure but I thought I was late so we took the good ole Dollar Tree test-I can't believe people pay $25 for a dang test!. Katie and David were at our house and we were about to head to Houston for James' family reunion. They went out to get lunch so I decided to take the test then. It said to wait 2 minutes for results so James and I just stared at the test, waiting, LOL. Finally, James said, "is that a 2nd line?" (which means your preggo) and I replied "I wondered if you saw that..." and there it was, we were expecting! Katie and David came back so we had to keep hush hush until we got in the car to head to Houston. We were in separate cars so James and I discuss all the crazy excitement the whole way. We knew we had to tell everyone at the reunion so we came up with a plan. We had to stop at Walmart so we picked up another test, just to be sure and instantly it was positive!
So there is the story of how we began this roller coaster ride. There are more updates to come...when I have the time and energy to write them =)

The new adventures of the Moseley family:
So, here we are again! Although I found it challenging to keep up with Cooper's blog, I am determined to try to make this baby's blog somewhat good. I do enjoy it and it's an easy way for me to let everyone know whats going on at once! =)
I had an appointment today and am currently 7 weeks and 6 days (so pretty much 8 weeks) along! I now have 2 round of sonogram pics and all the pics of us telling our families the news to share and will do so asap. Currently, everything looks great with the baby and I'm doing well too. I have had much more nausea and fatigue this go round but luckily it hasn't been too bad.
I plan on adding pictures and posting on our adventure of how we found out ourselves in the near future. Feel free to comment as this help me to know people are actually reading this stuff, haha.
